Note: The project was approved in 2022 with a Plan Commission condition requiring that wood mulch be used in the planting beds across the proposed complex. The requirement for wood mulch followed a recommendation by the Urban Design Commission that wood mulch be used instead of the stone mulch preferred by the applicant. Because the requirement for wood mulch was a Plan Commission condition following the Urban Design Commission's recommendation, Plan Commission consideration of the alteration is required.
